A  2,2 km long nature trail, where is now lights to guide you through the dark evenings of the winter, through the ridge area's beautiful nature. The nature trail goes along the westbank of ridge area, from Hotel Punkaharju to Kruunupuisto, start point nearby Harjun Portti. Lights are visible during dark, starting from 6.30 and closes at 21.30.

Tree arboretum

Around the tree arboretum goes "Hakin Kierros", which is a cross-country skiing path in winter. Outside skiing season accessible by bikes and walking. In the middle of arboretum goes roads that are maintained in winter. There is no car traffic, so its a great option for walking and cycling. Karjalankallio-laavu shelter in Arboretum.
