Winter hiking routes

Over 20 km of hiking routes on ice. Routes to Haataansaari campfire and to Sumpunlahti-area. Rent a fatbike and explore the frozen lakes! You can access the winter hiking routes from southpoint of holiday village, 900m from rental.

Sumpunlahti is a great trekking destination with several campfire spots, barbeque shelter, a hut and a dry-toilet. Its also accessible by road when there is bad ice conditions.

• Tuunaansaari southpoint  - Kruunupuisto 1,5 km
• Tuunaansaari southpoint - Sumpunlahti, approx. 15 km <-->
• Tuunaansaari southpoint - Haataansaari campfire, 5 km <-->

Route maintenance: Winter hiking paths on ice are maintained when skiing tracks on ice are maintained. Walking and cycling conditions depend on the temperature and amount of snow on ice. Paths are marked with blue posts.
